If your Gas is located overseas in an Article 5 Country (Non EEC Countries) you will need to procure certain documents in order for us to obtain a  U.S.A. import allowance or "non-objection" notice in addition to Price, Product Description and how we can contact you immediately.

Documents required for import allowance:

a) Previous Use Description, b) Previous Use, c) Method of Recovery, how the gas was recovered from the " Use" System, d) Affidavit by recovery Technician, e) LOI- Letter of Intent and f) Commercial Invoice, Article 5 Country (Non EEC Countries).

If you need further information, do you need a memorandum on the requirements necessary to legally export your items to U.S.A. or Canada?
